1. Apply your desired dip powder, gel polish, or traditional nail polish and allow it to fully cure or dry.
2. For best adhesion, apply a thin layer of gel base coat (tacky) and cure for approximately 30 seconds before applying your waterslide nail decal.
3. If you prefer not to use gel base, you may instead place a small drop of water onto the nail before applying the decal. Once you have applied the decal to your nail, allow the decal to dry for approximately 1 minute before sealing.
4. Carefully cut out your desired waterslide nail decal.
5. Place the decal into a small dish of water until the backing paper is fully saturated (approximately 10–30 seconds).
6. Using tweezers (included in our Waterslide Decal Application Kit), carefully remove the decal from the water and place it onto a paper towel. Gently dab away any excess water. Do not rub the decal.
7. Application Method 1: Carefully slide the decal from the white backing paper and gently position it onto the nail. Smooth into place using the silicone end of your tweezers or your fingertip.
8. Application Method 2 (Recommended): Place the decal design-side down onto the clear jelly stamper from our Waterslide Decal Application Kit. Gently peel away the white backing paper, position the stamper over the nail, and lightly press the decal into place.
9. If the decal extends beyond the cuticle or sidewalls, use the gel cleanup brush lightly dampened with acetone to gently remove the excess decal for a clean, custom fit.
10. Finish by sealing with your favorite gel top coat (recommended) or your preferred nail top coat.

Clear Waterslide Paper: These waterslide nail decals are printed on premium clear waterslide decal paper, allowing your base color to show through. For the brightest, most vibrant results, we recommend applying over white or another light-colored base.
