PACKAGE PROTECTION
At checkout, Route Package Protection will be offered for your order. Replacement orders are not guaranteed if Route protection is declined.
Route is a simple and affordable way to protect your package against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
What is Route?
Route is a shipping protection service that helps cover packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Claims can typically be resolved quickly through Route without needing to contact customer service directly.

How do I file a claim?
Claims can be filed directly through the Route email sent after checkout, or by filing a claim through Route’s website.
Does Vivid Glam Co. cover lost or stolen packages?
Packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit are the responsibility of the shipping carrier or Route Package Protection if purchased.
While we always do our best to help customers whenever possible, Vivid Glam Co. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
ORDER PROCESSING
Processing times may vary depending on order volume.
Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days. During launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend up to 14+ business days.
Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Once a shipping label has been created, tracking updates may take several days to appear within the postal system.
SHIPPING SPEEDS
Shipping speeds reflect the delivery timeframe provided by the carrier and do not include processing times.
LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Vivid Glam Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, lost mail, or stolen packages marked as delivered.
If Route Package Protection was purchased, claims must be filed directly through Route.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped once returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes depending on the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Route International Claim Timeframes

Stolen: 5–15 days from delivery

Lost: 20–30 days from last tracking update

Damaged: 0–15 days from delivery
