RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. 

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

Refund and replacement requests can be honored for damaged or defective products within 30 days of receiving the product.

This does not apply to damage caused during shipment. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information regarding Route Package Protection.

If you purchase a duplicate item(s) by mistake, these do not qualify for a refund or replacement unless the order has not yet reached fulfilment.

INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS

If you receive the incorrect item(s) in your package, or there is an item missing, please send an email to sales@vividglamco.com upon delivery.

GIFT CARDS

We do not accept refund requests or exchanges on gift cards.
