Return Policy

CANCELLATIONS

You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, cancellations can no longer be accommodated.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

Refund or replacement requests may be approved for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery.

Damage caused during transit is handled through Route Package Protection. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional information regarding shipping claims.

Duplicate item purchases made by mistake do not qualify for refunds or replacements once the order has entered fulfillment.
