Burn Book is a luxe dip with a sheer pink base. It consists of chunky matte glitters in hot pink, black, grey, and white, a lip and heart glitter mix, and pink foil flakes. **Encapsulation is required for best results.
**If you are not used to chunky glitter or foil dips you may want to practice your technique on a swatch stick before applying to your nail.
